All funds will be deposited into a business bank account for the newly established Limited Liability Company: Fresh Chapter Ventures Inc. (BC 0925979). Due to set-up cost and the time needed to establish a Registered Charity in Canada and a 501(c)3 in the United States, this project will initially be funded through a Limited Liability Company, which means, tax receipts cannot be issued.
